Can you tell us a bit about your program? As New Zealand’s original and largest off-road tour operator, our family-run company has over 28 years experience in showing groups an unforgettable time while in Queenstown, the adventure capital of the world. Our unique range of off-road tours include 4X4 scenic tours, quad bike tours, buggy tours and dirt bike tours. From small incentive groups to large conference groups, we exclusively offer clients the best way to enjoy the stunning scenery in the region while coming away with a great sense of individual achievement. Why do you think Off Road Queenstown is a good activity for conference and incentive groups? We just love showing visitors that come to Queenstown the unique joy and fun that comes with experiencing and conquering the stunning scenery and terrain we are very fortunate to have access to here. What makes our program so great is that we have low client to guide ratios. This allows our clients to build strong relationships with their teammates so they can finish the course with a great sense of achievement. What costs are involved? Everything is highly personalised and bespoke so realistically a budget of over NZD$175 per person and above would be needed for one of our half day options. All extended and combo tours are tailor made to each group with a specific quote supplied.  What are your three most popular activities and why? Every group is different in terms of what they want, their time schedule and budget but luckily we have something to offer every group. For those that want to just sit back and let us take control, they could join our experienced local guides on one of our 4WD tours through the famous Skippers Canyon or to a number of The Lord of the Rings movie locations filmed in the region. For others that are looking for a more hands on experience, we have our popular quad/ATV tours on an exclusive 11,000 acre playground north of Queenstown. For those looking for a once in a lifetime expedition that they will talk about when they are grey and old, we regularly create unique multi day tours utilising our fleet of top of the range buggies or dirt bikes. What feedback do you usually receive from your clients? I’m always delighted to receive e-mails and calls from past clients simply asking ‘where will you be taking us next year?’. Our clients are often blown away by what we offer and we hope to uphold this reputation for many years to come. Who is your perfect client? The beauty of the products we offer is that they extend to a huge demographic, this can range from a 7 year-old riding a quad bike for the first time, to a Lord of the Rings fan on the trip of a lifetime to visit scenes from a Trilogy that was filmed here 17 years ago. We hope to share this beautiful country in a totally unique way that is accessible to clients from all walks of life. Therefore, you would have to say, there is no such thing as a perfect client.
