Whitsundays

The Whitsundays is home to some of the most beautiful and world renowned beaches in the world. There are a few options, 74 to be exact although they are not all facilitated. When it comes to which island to choose, the most famous and popular being Hamilton Island and Haymond Island, although they are all equally beautiful. Getting there is half the fun as you fly into one of the islands you get to experience panoramic views of the entire Whitsundays.

There are tonnes of choices when it comes to conferencing and events. Many of the hotels on the islands are world-class and feature conferencing facilities to match! All the main Islands feature delicious restaurants, many of them being seafood from the local fisherman and sea life. You will not eat food more delicious than here. Do something different when you are on the islands and charter a boat for you and your team to take in the surroundings for an entire day. We can personally tell you that it will be the highlight of the trip! With the ability to sleep in the same hotel, why wouldn’t you stay for the week/end and experience everything else the Island have to offer.

The Whitsundays did not get their reputation for any old reason. Full of adventure, the Whitsundays is not just a place to hold a conference, with activities both in and out of the water. For those more daring, go for a snorkel or dive and encounter some of the areas local sharks and stingrays or alternatively stick to the coral reefs and experience the reason why it is a protected site. The reefs are unlike anything you have ever seen before! Take in the spectacular landscape from a seaplane or helicopter or experience it like no one else and skydive. Book during June and September and you will be right on time for whale season!
Not only known for the Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven Beach is a must see attraction due to its crystal clear waters and pure white sand. Stretching over seven kilometres long, we can personally assure you, it is white as snow and the colour and temperature of the water is just divine!
