According to Elizabeth Kraus of B2B Marketing: “Two things we are summing up when making first impressions are ‘what are the intentions of the person towards me?’ and ‘how strong and competent is this person?’. Creative job titles can assist in making a lasting and confident first impression. In addition, a great title can also help a dynamic company to attract like-minded candidates.

At the end of the day though, whether a job title serves to capture the culture of a forward thinking organisation, or whether it bestows a regular working person with a sense of pride in their everyday job, thinking outside of the box can certainly add value.
