- BRA sends you the web links for venues, hand-selected specially to match your specific needs;
- BRA contacts the venues on your behalf for prices and availability;
- Your BRA consultant will sort and compile venue prices into a cost comparison spreadsheet for easy cost evaluation;
- From here, you let us know what comes next. BRA can and will assist by:
- Negotiating for best price
- Organising site inspections at the venues
- Sending brochures
- Offering expert advice based on our firsthand knowledge of the venues; - Once you have decided on your perfect venue, BRA will book you in and refer you on to the venue so that you remain in complete control of your conference.

The BRA service is free for our clients to use. As an agent, venues pay us a commission for conference bookings. This commission is not built in to the price quoted to you, and BRA guarantees that you will get the same price you would if you went directly to the venue. What happens once I book my conference?
You will work with your BRA consultant up until a decision is made on your venue. Once you have decided to book, Business Retreats Australia will put you in contact with the venue to sign contracts and arrange deposits directly. From here, we will take a step aside and will only get involved again if you have a problem and need our support. No. We are not a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO), nor are we Event Managers. BRA has chosen to dedicate our efforts to our core business of venue finding, which ensures that we are completely focused on our clients, no matter how large or small the enquiry is.
